We have turned off the Plesk-based DNS for the Upipe hosting accounts. Because of the way Plesk Server Administrator (PSA) is written it did not handle DNS properly for our purposes. To avoid confusion, we turned this feature off in Plesk. We have separate DNS servers for both functionality reasons and performance reasons.
You can add DNS records for your Upipe hosting account in the Universal Pipe DNS Management tool, found at:
The login and password are the same username and password as your Plesk control panel.
A few Upipe accounts have not been configured with the Universal Pipe DNS Management access. If you are unable to log in and have need for configuring additional domain DNS send support an email at email@example.com.
