The term "mail resources" that the error message is referring to are one of the following:

• mailboxes
• mail forwarding rules
• mailing lists
• mx records

You will need to remove any mail resource that contains the domain name you want to remove in your HPSC control panel. You can do this at the System tab > Mail Management section of your control panel.

The steps to remove domains from HSPC are:

1. Remove all mail resources from a domain.
2. Remove all sites associated with any hostnames for the domain.
3. Remove all hostnames associated with a domain.
4. Send an email to support@advantagecom.net requesting that the domain be removed from HSPC.
