When an application is "scheduled", it means that HSPC has scheduled that application to be either installed or uninstalled. No install/uninstall action on the server is instantaneous and the action will be displayed as "scheduled" until some action is taken.
Occasionally, an application will not install properly. It will show that it is in the "scheduled" state but it will actually have failed the installation. If your application has been in the "scheduled state for more than an hour, contact technical support to look at the status of the application installation for you.
