To set up a new FTP user in HSPC follow these steps:
- Go to the HSPC control panel at https://manage.speedingbits.com/cp and login.
- Click on the System tab.
- In the "FTP Management" section click on "FTP Accounts".
- Click on the "Add FTP User" button.
- Enter the FTP user name.
- Enter the Password in both password fields.
- Make sure that Allow FTP access is checked.
- If you wish the FTP user to have access to a "public_html" directory, check the appropriate checkbox.
- Click on the Save button to save your changes.
