To turn on web statistics for a Plesk 5.x website (MDH and Upipe hosting accounts) follow these steps in your Plesk control panel:

1. Click on the domain name for which you wish to turn on web stats.
2. Click on the Hosting button.
3. Click on the Next button.
4. Check the box next to Web statistics.
5. Click on the OK button.

It can take up to 24 hours for the web stats page to become available after you enable it since web stats are processed once a day.

Webstats are available at http://domainname.com/webstat/ if you do not have SSL enabled for your site. If you do have SSL enabled for your site you can find your web statistics at https://domainname.com/webstat/ . Replace "domainname.com" with the actual domain name.

If you password protected your web stats directory you will need to enter your FTP user name and password to view the statistics.
