How do I add the Site tab to HSPC?

To install the Workgroup Administrator Control Panel:

Click on the System tab.
Click on Add Application.
Check the box next to Workgroup Administrator Control Panel.
Click the Next button.
Wait for the Workgroup Administrator Control Panel to install. This typically takes one minute or less.
Click on the Workgroup tab again to refresh the control panel. This should add the Site tab to your VPS.
