You can change the permissions for files using the Plesk 5 control panel with the following steps:

1. Click on the domain name for which you wish to change permissions.
2. Click on the File Manager button.
3. Click on the "Perm's" link for the folder or files you wish you update.
4. Select the permissions you wish to set from the drop down menus.
5. Click on the Change button.
