To upload your website files to your hosting account, FTP to the IP address of your site. Use the FTP username and password that you created when you set up your site in your control panel.
For Plesk 7.5 hosting accounts (OHP, WebPro) you can view this information click on the Setup icon for the particular domain. The password will not be viewable, but you can change the password if you no longer remember it.
For Upipe hosting accounts, you will need to refer to your setup email for your IP address. You can find your FTP user by clicking on the Hosting button for the particular domain, then clicking on the Next button. The password will not be viewable, but you can change the password if you no longer remember it.
For MDH hosting accounts, your IP address is 66.29.143.246. You can find your FTP user by clicking on the Hosting button for the particular domain, then clicking on the Next button. The password will not be viewable, but you can change the password if you no longer remember it.
