What does the error message "Our fraud checking system has determined there is a problem with your order" mean?

The most common causes of this error are:

  1. The email address you used. Web-based email such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. are not permitted due to high fraud incidence with these email addresses. Instead, use an email address from a source such as your ISP.
  2. Your order came from a known hacker network. We will not accept orders from these networks.
