All of the following settings must be in effect:

Under the General tab:

  • Email address:

Under the Servers tab:

  • Incoming mail (POP3):
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP):
  • Account name: This differs by mail account type:
      - Cobalt RAQ, MDH, UPipe, VPS Linux user: username
      - OHP, WebPro, VPS Virtual user:
  • Password: (the password you assigned to your username in your control panel)
  • Do not check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication".

Under the Advanced tab:

  • Outgoing Mail (SMTP) port: 25
